From square to stick: the inspiration behind the new Hermès lipstick

After drawing inspiration from its exceptional leathers for its very first lipstick in 2020, the luxury brand has drawn on another of its historic crafts for its latest beauty launch.

Since entering the makeup market just five years ago, Hermès has been exploring segments at a seasonal pace. Lips, hands, complexion, eyes ... A strategic cadence that seems to be bearing fruit, as its Beauty division, which also includes its perfume offering, saw its sales climb by more than 9% last year, to €535 million.
