Counterfeiting: Chanel unveils an e-logo dedicated to its resellers

After Charlotte Tilbury's anti-deception communication campaign , it's the turn of counterfeits to be fought by a big name in the beauty sector. Chanel has in fact implemented an e-logo for its authorized online retailers . The house's double C is placed in the center of a black circle where "authorized retailer" is written on the edges.
This stamp is intended to protect its cosmetic, makeup, and perfume products from the numerous copies sold on platforms that are not part of its official network. Among the online brands that already display the logo on Chanel pages are Sephora, La Rinascente, and Marionnaud. The brand has registered this digital label in France and in various countries, including the United States, Singapore, and Germany.
